Adventures from the Looney Bin. Thursday, August 20, 2009. No rest for mommy anymore! I'm entering uncharted territory here with Anna getting awfully close to walking AND climbing up our stairs completely unaided.at only 9 months. Jack was much more content to sit and watch things going on around him, but not this girl.she has to be in it! He didn't walk (consistently at least) until about 15 months.I think she'll be closer to 10 or maybe 11 months. No rest for me anymore.well, very occasionally! A Texas...

Adventures from the Looney Bin. Monday, July 27, 2009. Day 2 started off a bit better than Day 1, mainly because I was feeling a little more confident in what to expect for the day. Plus, seeing Lexi and Nate use the bathroom was good motivation for him. He liked getting to pick out the stickers to put on the chart.it doesn't take much to motivate this child :). Adventures from the Looney Bin. Tuesday, November 25, 2008. Relaxed but still on edge. That being said, with two now the demands are definitely at least doubled.I know friends of ours have said that you get more than double the work with two kids, and some days it feels like that for sure. Despite being more relaxed in some ways, I still feel "on edge" a lot because I'm trying to anticipate my kids' needs all the time.When will Anna need her next feeding? What will Jack eat for lunch?
