Anyone can join our practical sessions although we do ask if you are under 16, please bring a parent or guardian with you. Q Do I need any particular skills to participate? Q Do I need any specialised clothing? Q How often do you meet? We meet for practical tasks on the last Tuesday of each month (no task in December). Q How long are tasks? We start at 10.00am and generally finish at 12.00 midday. Q Are you insured?

During our last work party (26th May) we dug out brambles and cut back ivy from the Dissenters’ Cemetery. We also transplanted some of the primroses into the St Faith’s section. An impressive fresh specimen of Chicken of the Woods fungus was seen on a yew stump near the New Lane gate (see Natural History page). This entry was posted in Latest News.
