Monthly Archives: August 2014. August 22, 2014. Summer. I absolutely love summer. It’s my favourite time of year and has the anniversaries of some of my favourite moments in my life so far. Surfing, festivals, holidays, family days, having my first child. Today is E’s birthday. His 8th birthday. After 20 hours of labour and a week past his due date, he arrived. He finally arrived. 6.01am, weighing 8lb8oz, my beautiful baby boy was born. How much I wish I was still his mummy. I miss being a mummy so much.
