Trans New England :: Questions

Trans people in New England. Couple of questions folks. First off on Fischer's website it really doesn't say the costs nor talks about top surgery. What i would like to know is how much the surgery is plus if you live in Massachusetts and traveled to her for surgery how much would that cost and would i be better off going the plane or train method? Secondly * for the Massachusetts guys* in terms of therapists which one do you recommend? Also, when i call what should i say?
