When I started this blog I couldn't think of a good name, so I gave it the temporary title you see now. I thought I'd eventually give it a name, but I just now realized I hadn't done it. 1) 1995:...

Points of Light: November 2010
http://pointsoflight.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
A vision is like a lighthouse which illuminates rather than limits. Tuesday, November 30, 2010. Snapped this shot during some down time during a recent family portrait session. The little guy was getting restive and mom decided to take the young man for a spin. He loved it. Photograph © 2010 James Jordan. Sunday, November 28, 2010. Photographs taken at Jelke's Creek Bird Sanctuary in Sleepy Hollow, Illinois. I plan to revisit the huge old tree throughout the month of December. Friday, November 05, 2010.

Points of Light: August 2010
http://pointsoflight.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
A vision is like a lighthouse which illuminates rather than limits. Wednesday, August 18, 2010. Self portrait under a starry sky. My wife and I visited my daughter, who lives in a rural part of Tennessee. Far from city lights that pollute the night sky. Clear nights provide a spectacular star show that I love to capture on camera. This photograph was made in one exposure, with no Photoshop other than to adjust levels a tad. Ah, the things I do for my art. Photograph © 2010 James Jordan. Along life's road .
