For those of you unfamiliar with these things, pure hydrogen peroxide (the bleach) is water with '100% more oxygen'. The version of hydrogen peroxide used as an antiseptic is water with about 4% more oxygen, and is quite capable of changing your hair colour with sufficient exposure.
