I thought a tasty dessert would be in order. Whether you celebrate this holiday or not, this is a dessert worth getting to know. Coconut, Shredded (unsweetened, sorry - not raw) - optional but recommended :-). 1 part Kefir (raw, plain). 1 part Sour Cream (raw).
