Bake at 3560 degrees for 30 min or until heated through and crust is golden brown. Roast Chicken and Potatoes. 1/2 white onion, roughly sliced. 3 stalks celery, sliced into two inch lengths. Handful of baby carrots. 1/8 c Olive oil. Preheat oven to 375 degreees. Dry bird with paper towels then salt, pepper, and rub in sage.
