Getting up early every morning to write takes a lot of discipline, it takes even more to say "no" to enticing rabbit holes or herds of Yak with luxurious coats ripe for shaving . (truth be told, I still did a bit of that). The technical reviewers for the book were just fantastic. These folks are all amazing!
