Random thoughts from life in various corners of the world. January 21, 2015. Today is the official, official day I have COMPLETELY paid off my student loans. I never got help from anyone to pay through my two bout of university schooling. I have been fortunate to be able to pay it for awhile, but wanted a bit of a nest-egg first.just in case. I no longer owe anyone, anything.except my love of course :) True freedom! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Hope and Homes for Children.

Random thoughts from life in various corners of the world. January 07, 2015. What am I doing here? Some days I come up for air and the sun is shining while towing this sinking ship. The kids have a great day, I have a great day, and the sun does literally shine. Other days it is a struggle. It would take more than this blog to sum up my feelings and thoughts, but I need to get something down to describe my feelings about this experience so far:. So why do I stay? http://wanderlustannals.blogspot.com/2011/06/moving.html
Descriptive accounts from the field, wherever I happen to be. Last weekend to move. STRESS. Sometimes I do wonder how everything would be right now had I gone in a different direction. Would I be living somewhere else, with someone else, in a different place? But would I be as happy, having to spend a lot of money on living and with someone else that isn't as interesting as he is? 1) Paying off debts. 3) Saving up money and getting ready for the next big thing in my life (wedding, grad school?

On a more positive note, in less than a month Chris and I will be heading to Costa Rica! The Disease Known as Pack-Rat-itis. At some p...

He is intelligent, attractive, immensely enjoyable to spend time with. We have so much in common. It's only been 4 months since I met him, but I feel like I've known him for longer. I never thought I would ever meet meet someone like this, the kind of person many people have told me would be just the kind of guy they could imagine me being with. He is in his thirties.

Descriptive accounts from the field, wherever I happen to be. In the process of moving in with Chris, feels good. Oh, ENGAGED, by the way! Not really loving my job at UCLS as administrative assistant at Kennedy Center, but am doing it because it's pretty chill, full time, with benefits. Work to live, as they say. Watching lots of movies with Chris. Going to Berkeley for any reason (movies, eating, shopping, nature). Getting to know California better, taking weekend trips to cool places. I love traveling&...
