Everything else is secondary. 這大好日子，該喝酒，而且是喝慶祝專用酒。那當然是.氣泡酒。嚴格來說，只有法國香檳區出產的氣泡酒才能叫做香檳，其他地方的，就只能稱作氣泡酒。 氣泡酒的好處，是不必用特殊工具開瓶，赤手空拳就可以開瓶蓋。 這酒色是淡淡的金黃，透明清澈的液體中有細小氣泡不斷上升到表面，不過氣泡量不多。聞不出酒香，入口後在喉頭有微苦，青蘋果味，finish的殘留時間很短，似乎氣泡酒都是這個樣。 四下環顧，看見一盒喜餅，是上次回台灣的時候，別人送到我家裡，媽媽說我少在台灣，該帶點土產（喜餅？）回美國嘗嘗。 這喜餅是一包包各式的小餅乾，還有些剩下沒吃完，剛好可以拿來配氣泡酒。 我隨意挑了包，好像有吃到核桃，拿起酒杯啜飲了一小口。 Luce Della Vite Super Tuscan, 2004, $69.99. 別看我一副...
