Well, this time last year DD and I put together a rough five year plan. 1 myself, retrain in complimentary therapies. 2 move us all in together. 3 grow a garden. 4 renovate the house to achieve it's full potential for our needs. 5 establish my own business. 6 subsidise my business via home made luxury soaps and the like. 11 be deliriously happy.

Soups from the tinybudget (how to make things go further). 15 pts of chicken stock. 1-2 tsp dried tarragon. 1-2 tsp ground nutmeg. Chopped roughly and simmer until cooked. Then blended until as smooth as you like soup. Add a bit more boiled water if it is too think for your taste. (I like my soup gloopy). Chard and potato soup. 3-4 cloves of garlic. A knob of butter.

My wonderful Dad and beautiful sister. One of the reasons I have had an absence from the family home was that my Dad had fallen ill. He had battled illness for so much of his life. He was born with a blocked portal vein feeding his liver and over time his liver deteriorated because of this. He was prone to internal bleeding and ascites.
