The year is divided into three seasons, high season, mid season and low season. The charges for 2016 are as follows:. High Season £300. Mid Season £250. Low Season £220. Great Ayton is a large village on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. The village is situated under the famous Yorkshire landmark of Roseberry Topping. The river Leven runs through the village. The cottage is within 100metres of a pub that serves food. The centre of the village is within half a mile where there is another pub (that also serves food) as well a variety of shops and cafes. The North York Moors offer excellent walking throughout the year.

Electric cooker, microwave, 'fridge, kettle and toaster as well as the usual cutlery, crockery and cookware. There is also an automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a three piece suite with an electric shower over the bath, a heated towel rail and an electric shaver point. There is a decorative fire with a cast iron surround. There is also a colour television, video and radio/CD player. Contains a double bed with bedside units and an overhead light. There is also a double wardrobe.
