I was in the mood for something grilled but pasta had been on my mind for a while. This is what I came up with. 2LB of country ribs. 4 fresh tomatoes, diced. 3 cloves of garlic. They provide a fresh flavor and aroma to anything you are serving.(I mean, dont we all love Mojitos? For this recipe I used a tempeiro marinade which traditionally is made of just limes, salt and a lot of garlic. I have added a few more ingredients to this one but by all means feel free to keep it traditional. 6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.

My wife has been in burger mode lately and that is always a good thing. The Italian Garlic Toast Burger puts a twist on things by using garlic toast instead of a bun. We also add a homemade pesto mayo instead of ketchup. Lots of garlic. This recipe is not recommended for vampires or first dates. 1 Use your favorite burger recipe and add Italian seasoning to it.

Chef Claude came up with this one night at work after making some cheese soup. We have since changed the recipe to have cheese dip instead of soup.
