http://myexerciselogblog.blogspot.com/2013/06/two-miles.html
My Exercise Log Blog. Where i record muscle use. Saturday, June 8, 2013. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). At age 45 I joined my kids' taekwondo class in order to lose weight and combat the encroachment of old age. I've been exercising on and off ever since. Here's my chance to thoroughly humiliate myself by actually recording my sorry attempts at physical fitness. And, yes, I actually do tae bo.in the winter.sometimes. Read on. Remember: your body may fail you, but Jesus never will! My prayer is that ...

My Exercise Log Blog: February 2010
http://myexerciselogblog.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
My Exercise Log Blog. Where i record muscle use. Sunday, February 28, 2010. Tae Bo Amped-Core Express-31 minutes. Thursday, February 25, 2010. 15 minutes on stationery bike. Wednesday, February 10, 2010. Taking a new tack. The rebounder took me out of commission for several days. My calves were so sore I couldn't go up and down stairs and just hobbled around for days. SO, I'm thinking bouncing on a tramp isn't a very natural form of exercise! How often do you do that in real life? Friday, February 5, 2010.

My Exercise Log Blog: October 2009
http://myexerciselogblog.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
My Exercise Log Blog. Where i record muscle use. Friday, October 2, 2009. Finally back at it! Bob and I spent a couple of hours yesterday and Wednesday cleaning out an old mobile home, doing lots of lifting, stooping and carrying back and forth, so I didn't think a workout would be a good idea. Today I did the Taebo Amped Live in L.A. workout-43 min. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Remember: your body may fail you, but Jesus never will! I live in the northwoods of Minnesota on a small farm. My Exercise Log Blog: March 2010
http://myexerciselogblog.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
My Exercise Log Blog. Where i record muscle use. Sunday, March 14, 2010. First 2 mile walk of the spring! Took the loop around by Sather's and then back on the trail. That taebo session aggravated an injury to my neck that I'd gotten the week before, so I've been doctoring for that and not daring to exercise. Walking shouldn't hurt, right? My Exercise Log Blog: September 2009
http://myexerciselogblog.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
My Exercise Log Blog. Where i record muscle use. Saturday, September 26, 2009. Tae Bo-Core Express 31 min. Bob and Missy went for a bike ride and I stayed home to do Tae Bo. My bike tire exploded a few days ago, but I'm really liking tae bo because it uses up more calories and uses your whole body, which walking and biking don't do. Gearing up for winter exercise.but I hope winter waits a while! Here's a sample Tae Bo workout. Silly, yes, but better than being a couch potato! Wednesday, September 23, 2009.

http://myexerciselogblog.blogspot.com/2013/06/well-maybe-not-such-solid-streak.html
My Exercise Log Blog. Where i record muscle use. Saturday, June 1, 2013. Well, maybe not such a SOLID streak. Lots of holes in my streak of walking days, but I'm not giving up! I walked 2 miles today and tried to increase the pace for the last 3/4 of a mile or so. Started getting a twinge in my sciatic area, so I stretched a bit and walked slower. Not taking any chances! That's all for now. :). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Remember: your body may fail you, but Jesus never will! I live in the north...
