Friday, April 1, 2011. Busch Gardens Day 1. We spent the day at Busch Gardens today. Not only is it a very beautiful park with a lot of extreme roller coasters (we rode one that had a 90 degree drop! I was freakin out as Josiah would say! But it also has many beautiful and interesting animals. Everyone took their turn holding the cute little screech owl. Even the big kid! Saturday, March 26, 2011. It was a beautiful day in DC! We were so excited to see that the cherry blossoms were in bloom and we just happened to be there during the cherry blossom festival! In the American history museum we saw the origian star spangled banner. It was huge and definitely in protected glass, no pictures allowed, but here are the flags around the Washington Monument. A shout out to Heidi and Heather since I promised to blog this trip.see I remembered how! I can barely contain my excitement!

Thursday, March 1, 2012. Ok, it has been a LONG time since I posted but I'm going to try to get back into it! Starting with birthday festivities! Today my little girl turned 5! We have been celebrating all week. We had a party at Chuck E. Cheese. Ryan made an awesome Tangled cake! Today we started our day at Dunken Donuts for a donut with Heidi, then it was off to Build-a-Bear. I tried to persuade her to get a bear but she was set on a monkey! Then we went to Orange Leaf for dessert! It was a great day!

Sunday, June 19, 2011. Summer fun has begun! We started our summer with a trip to the Embarrass River. The river level was way up due to all the rain. The guys didn't catch as many fish as they normally do. All the kids had a blast getting muddy! Taking a boat ride on the river. Pete showing the kids the fish that were caught. Monday, February 16, 2009. My Grandpa Lynn passed today at the age of 91 years old. My Grandma Lynn passed in December of 2002 at 81. Grandpa had been in nursing care for the past year or so. Wednesday, December 17, 2008. On my way to my Sunday magic show, I saw a looming cloud of smoke ahead of me. I was afraid that something was on fire on the interstate. When I got to the bend I could see it was a building or home off the road a ways. Later to find out it was an oil company. I guess 6 fire departments and 75 fire fighters were called in.
