I don't sleep well when it's warm, which leads me to overeating to keep my energy levels up, but not enough energy to exercise regularly. I've been very intermittent with the whole plan in general. But this last week, I'm back on track and moving in the right direction, yet again. I'm am nothing if not inconsistent.

I've decided to eat a more Paleolithic diet in recent weeks, and I'm finding that it really makes me feel good. Basically, lean grass-fed or wild-caught proteins, lots of organic veggies and fruits, plus healthy sources of fat like avocados, nuts and seeds. As much as possible, I'm avoiding processed foods, dairy, grains and legumes. Zucchini Frittata with Feta.
