And The Good Food Box. Putting GOOD FOOD in motion. in pictures. Recently the Good Food Box volunteers and staff were visited by a talented young photographer Jennifer Hoesen, who took a number of great pictures of our Good Food Box pack site on a pack day in November. The great range of actions shots really impressed me, in the way that they convey the atmosphere of a Good Food Box pack day. We will celebrate with our volunteers and look forward to all the challenges and achievements to come in 2014.

HAMILTON FRUIT TREE PROJECT. We harvest fruit from local, urban trees which is then divided between homeowners, volunteers and food banks. This fresh, organic fruit is diverted from becoming food waste. In these economic times, let's count all the tasty, fresh peaches, pears, apples, grapes and more that thrive in the Hamilton area among our food resources! We spent the weekend harvesting at a site in Greensville - it was a gorgeous day and there were so many trees with some lovely fruit.
