Monday, September 21, 2009. Sabine picks her nose. I'd call it a hobby. She thinks it's funny when I ask her if she's digging for gold. Sometimes I think she's going to lose her finger up there. I was fine when she was. Now I can't pick my boogies and eat them! She wasn't just trying to be silly, either. This was said in all seriousness. Why, WHY, do kids have to pick their nose and eat it? Tuesday, September 8, 2009. 1st Day of School. Today was the first day of school. Sabine's 2nd year and Sarah's 1st year. They were both really excited, as was I. Last night I was in the kitchen putzing around while the girls ate some dinner and I all of a sudden got anxious/excited/sad about them starting school. Sunday, August 23, 2009. Both girls are going to pre-school this year and last week we went to orientation. On the way to the class Sarah was really excited. She asked me if this was her new school and when I answered "yes" she took off running and yelling-. Wahoooo, Yayyy, dis my new schoo!
