and Charlie makes three...: March 2015
http://andcharliemakes3.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 10, 2015. The Playroom - Part II. The playroom wall is finally finished! I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to work with vinyl. It adheres to the wall really well and peels off easily in case you need to re-position.which I did.several times. Naturally, it took a couple attempts to get the design right. After I put all the circles on the wall, I took a step back and asked Chris - "do you think they are too high? Monday, March 2, 2015. The Playroom Plan, Part I. Now, there are tw...

http://andcharliemakes3.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 20, 2013. We have had so much going on these last two weeks, so bear with me as I run down all the latest happenings with our family! Baby Mac is doing great! He’s getting bigger (which means I’m getting bigger! And moving around like crazy! We have been busy getting things set up around the house with all the new gear and baby items. It’s been an adventure trying to figure out how everything works, but I think we have finally mastered the stroller, car seat and carrier combo. We spen...

and Charlie makes three...: January 2014
http://andcharliemakes3.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 17, 2014. Officially on Baby Watch for Baby Mac. I can't believe I'm about to say this, but Baby Mac is almost here! We are in the home stretch and as one of my doctors said "we're pretty much ready to go any time he is." Needless to say, the final preparations have been underway at Chez Macomber. The nursery is complete (with the exception of my darn curtains - they have been on back order and are supposed to arrive "mid to late January") and we absolutely love it! I learned that I defin...

and Charlie makes three...: Weekly Round-Up
http://andcharliemakes3.blogspot.com/2015/01/weekly-round-up.html
Friday, January 30, 2015. Here’s this week’s round-up of the top five miscellaneous events from the week. Jake is about to turn one a week from Saturday! Can you believe that? When you move into a brand new house, there are certain things like garage door openers that don’t come with the house! So yesterday, we had openers installed for both garage doors. It’s little things like that (and things like blinds) that give you a huge sense of accomplishment. Tip of the week:. This week in sports:.

and Charlie makes three...: The Ray Rice incident
http://andcharliemakes3.blogspot.com/2014/09/the-ray-rice-incident.html
Wednesday, September 10, 2014. The Ray Rice incident. No concern for the fact that he just knocked out the woman he supposedly loves? There is nothing more to say about that. There is no justification or explanation. Actions speak louder than words and his actions were loud and very clear. To the Ravens, Nike, EA Sports and the other organizations. That have disassociated themselves from Rice:. Don’t watch the news tonight because it makes daddy look bad? To the Baltimore Ravens football team. Boy, it...

Wednesday, September 18, 2013. Baby Mac’s gender is revealed! The evidence doesn’t lie my friends – we have visual confirmation that Baby Mac is a BOY! Chris was so happy about the Macomber name living on that I’m pretty sure the entire doctor’s office heard him yell out “YES! We would have been happy either way, but it’s definitely very exciting having a boy! I’m happy that there are lots of choices when it comes to baby products, but the flip side is, it’s almost too much as it becomes over...I'm in th...

So there you have it. Until next time, enjoy football season and the cooler weather that has arrived. Cheers! Scalloped potatoes and ham. Italian chicken and cheese. Chicken and gravy over rice. Root beer pulled pork. Stuffed peppers with beef and rice. Shrimp and chicken kabobs. Wednesday, September 10, 2014.

and Charlie makes three...: The Playroom Plan, Part I
http://andcharliemakes3.blogspot.com/2015/03/the-playroom-plan-part-i.html
Monday, March 2, 2015. The Playroom Plan, Part I. Now, there are two main issues with this idea. First, my sketch is clearly not to scale and all the circles are different sizes. Second, have you ever tried to paint a circle? It sucks. I'm such a perfectionist that I would need a perfectly round circle in order for it to look good by my standards. In addition, if it doesn't look that great, I would have to spend a lot of time to try and cover up all those paint colors. Do kids still use those?
