http://wee-one.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
Life with "Wee Ones". Sunday, June 8, 2014. May brought some exciting things for the girls. They were SO excited for the end-of-year preschool bounce house party. (Megan kept asking almost every day from the beginning of May if it was the bounce house party yet. "Oooohhhh, it's taking FOREVER! Hanging out on the trampoline with Principal Dan. Tyler even got to go down a few times when he came with me to pick the girls up. That evening was the girls' dance recital. My parents came down for it. It will be ...

Life with "Wee Ones": August 2014
http://wee-one.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Life with "Wee Ones". Sunday, August 3, 2014. We had a nice, relaxing 4th of July. I did the girls' hair in stars in honor of the holiday. We went to a local parade. We had never been before. We luckily found some sidewalk near the King family and enjoyed a little bit of shade. It was hot, but fun. Megan, Tyler, Emily. The kids loved getting the candy. At the end of the parade a fire truck sprayed water on the crowd. Later that day Megan and Emily helped me add ice to the homemade ice cream machine.

Life with "Wee Ones": January 2015
http://wee-one.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Life with "Wee Ones". Wednesday, January 7, 2015. The day after Christmas we headed to my parents' house. My parents gave the girls matching outfits for them and their new dolls. The next day we went to Rexburg, ID. Greg and Brooke have been foster parents to little Silas since he was 3 months old. (He's now 2 1/2 years old.) Last month they were able to officially adopt him and then on December 27 they were able to have him sealed to them in the temple. What a wonderful, beautiful day! My mom, Kyle, Meg...

whims of wilsons: Taiwan Insects
http://winketta.blogspot.com/2015/07/taiwan-insects.html
Friday, July 31, 2015. Taiwan was Crazy Bug Heaven! This is really a spider. It had 6 legs, but one was gimpy so it looks like 5. Apparently, they grow their last two legs when they mature. This baby was already palm sized. It was in one of the principal's office. We ate lunch with it hiding behind a couch, which made some of the moms a tad nervous! Pet Beetles that we got to take home a feed a couple of nights. Cockroach, this is the only one we saw in our house, but we saw others around outside.

whims of wilsons: Taiwan Birds
http://winketta.blogspot.com/2015/07/taiwan-birds.html
Friday, July 31, 2015. This is sadly a short post, birds were such a tease in Taiwan. I heard all kinds of new songs and bird calls, but it was so hard to ever see them in all the trees and plants, and even harder to snap a picture if I did see one. The awkward teenage stage of the black crowned night heron. He will grow up to look like this guy. Dan was very pleased to catch a baby bird. Brave bird hanging out in a downpour! Life with "Wee Ones": July 2014
http://wee-one.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Life with "Wee Ones". Wednesday, July 16, 2014. June was a busy month. Besides the previous posts, here are some other things that we did. We went to the "wooden park." It's a park Darrell and the kids found on the Saturdays that Darrell would take the kids so I could work on my online classes for recertifying my teaching certificate. The playground is made of wood and there are wood chips everywhere, so of course it gets called the "wooden park.". The kids loved feeding the ducks. Emily and Megan with t...

Dustin and Stacie Thurman: The Climb
http://thurmsds.blogspot.com/2009/04/climb.html
Dustin and Stacie Thurman. You don't marry someone you can live with - you marry the person who you cannot live without." -unknown. Wednesday, April 22, 2009. I can almost see it. That dream I'm dreaming but. There's a voice inside my head sayin,. You'll never reach it,. Every step I'm taking,. Every move I make feels. Lost with no direction. My faith is shaking but I. Got to keep trying. Got to keep my head held high. There's always going to be another mountain. I'm always going to want to make it move.
