Saturday, March 24, 2012. This morning, Steve helped his family move his Grandma Jackson from her house to a nursing home. Then this afternoon, Amy and I decided to go to City Creek, it's a new outdoor mall that the Church built by Temple Square. It opened this weekend, so I'm not sure why we decided to go today, but we did. Harper and I rode with the Harris'. They all had to have their sunglasses on in the car! Nixon and Harper sitting on a rock. They had a fountain show with music, so we watched that.

Friday, April 27, 2012. I just found this fun tea set in Maizee's closet. She got it for Christmas and Rich shoved it up in her closet! She is really loving it! Wednesday, March 21, 2012. This is about the time school districts start interviewing and looking for people, so I'm getting nervous to have to find a job! Student teaching is going good. I've been keeping a journal of student teaching and I try to write in it a few days a week. My entry from yesterday says, "Tues Mar 20,12 8:20pm I am exhausted and my body aches! I got home from school around 6:00, checked my email, made dinner, ate, did dishes, and here I am (that is pretty much how it is every day)!

Thursday, July 28, 2011. Gwen turned 60 years old today! We all met at the Coppermill to celebrate! Everyone was sick of pictures by the time Steve made it around with our camera. Lindsay ordered a cake and had the waitress bring it out and serve it. Harper, Stetson, and Stone. Lindsay had all 5 kids buy 12 balloons each to bring, which made 60 balloons! Monday, October 31, 2011. Harper got to go Trick-or-Treating for her first time this year and she loved it! I tagged along with Amy and her boys at Jason's work, Conservice. They did awesome trick-or-treating there. The company is huge and everyone had tons of candy to pass out! Harper loved walking around and picking her own treats. I did my first clinicals at Sky View and that's where they are trying to get me placed for student teaching, so I'm happy for that and I hope they get me placed there and not at a middle school or jr. high.
