Life of an alpha mom and her miss little sunshine. Laquo; Where everyone has a dad. July 29, 2011 by sscribbles. Anyway’s the performance in school was on monsoons and all the kiddies dressed in myraid hues just added to the beautiful day. The proud parents sat is hushed silence even as each performance was enacted. MLS was a rockstar with no stage fright. Some wept, some forgot their lines and some shined. MLS belonged to the last category. So some performance it was, and there are now many more to come.

http://noodlesandmangopickle.blogspot.com/2014/05/groundnut-peanut-chutney.html
Simple, tasty, healthy recipes. Saturday, May 31, 2014. Easy to make, and nutritious. No coconut needed. If you keep roasted groundnuts in an air-tight container, you don't need to roast them just before making the chutney, saves time. You need not remove the skin if you have no time. Roasted groundnuts, 2 handfuls. Red chillies, 2 - or more if you need it spicy. Tamarind, or green mango, or gooseberries, or lemon juice (green mango is nice and tangy, thothapuri is good). Ginger, a big piece.

http://noodlesandmangopickle.blogspot.com/2012/01/onion-tomato-chutney.html
Simple, tasty, healthy recipes. Wednesday, January 25, 2012. Here's the recipe for the chutney in the Oats dosa picture below - from my friend Venkat. Grind all the stuff in mixie. Heat a little oil, add mustard and urad dal seeds. Add the mixture and stir for 2 mins until the raw smell is reduced. You can also add some ground nuts and channa dal to the mixture while grinding. I think this will taste great with some curry leaves and garlic in the mixture too! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Abundance: Grow your own Coriander!
http://noodlesandmangopickle.blogspot.com/2011/07/grow-your-own-coriander.html
Simple, tasty, healthy recipes. Friday, July 1, 2011. Grow your own Coriander! Click on photo to enlarge). All you have to do to grow Coriander leaves is sow some coriander seeds (the regular stuff you buy in packets from your grocery shop, which you use in cooking) in a pot, not too deep in the soil. And they sprout and form coriander plants! Kind of obvious, right? But it never occurred to me :). As you can see, practically all seeds grow into plants, so maybe you can sow less than we did :).
