My herniated and degenerated lumbar disc journey. Sunday, September 9, 2012. Past year 1 mark. March 12, 2013 at 11:28 PM. I read that you were 62 at an earlier point in your life. How tall were you, and how much did you weigh, at the time of the m6L implantation? Im 65 and worried that the M6L will be too small. I understand that Spinal Kinetics only has 3 sizes: small, medium, and large. I assume you got the large one. Thanks if you can reply. March 13, 2013 at 9:40 AM. March 13, 2013 at 10:00 AM.

Retlouping (google it) to mobilize nerves. Straight leg hamstring stretches while lying on my back, and pumping my ankle to also mobilize the nerve. Once I started doing...

My herniated and degenerated lumbar disc journey. Thursday, October 27, 2011. 12 weeks - made it. I had xrays today:. I sent the xrays to Mr. Boeree and he responded right away and said " As for physical restrictions at this stage, I don’t think there need to be any specific limits on what you should do, with reason! He just needed to get the xrays loaded into his imaging system. Thursday, October 13, 2011. Thursday, October 6, 2011. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Spine Patient Soc...

How cool is that?

My herniated and degenerated lumbar disc journey. Wednesday, February 15, 2012. Email from Mr. Boeree. Here is the email response I got from my surgeon in the UK, Mr Boeree after he viewed my 6 month xrays:. From this point, my surgeon in the US wanted a follow up in 6 months and then probably only once a year after that. I'm still probably a little gun shy after all I've gone through, but at this point I'm very glad I had the surgery and very happy with the results. I don't think my back will ever b...
