I woke up at went to Trader Joe’s for grocery shopping 10 mins after it opened. Haha! I just finished making lunch for this week. Friday, February 29, 2008. I got on the scale today after doing my WATP with the weights all the way through and.alas i was disappointed. I've gone back up into the low 180s and i am not pleased. But tomorrow is another day so i'll be doing it with the weights all the way through again. I got accepted for work exchange at my yoga studio and i attend my orientation today! Congrats on starting the work exchange and the INTERVIEW, yay! You are so right, tomorrow is another day. Make the most of it! Arggghhh...

Thursday, March 13, 2008. I'm on a positivity kick! I just finished doing old Billy Blanks and i fell FABULOUS.nobody works me out like Billy, i tell ya! I went on the interview last week but have not heard back so i guess i will just keep it moving and put my trust and faith in the Universe. I've finally started knitting.yay! Take the trip with me. Friday, August 8, 2008. WellI accomplished doing my Turbo Jam Cardio Party which is 48 minutes long. I just did some jump rope. I made it 1:45 into "The Zephyr Song". So I'm slowly but surely making progress. I also made it 1 minute into "Operation Spirit." Plus I did plenty more songs. OkayI just did 100 crunches.Okay, 4 sets of 25 with about a minute rest period in between. And I also did 50 Oblique curnches on each side.
