I'm charting my journey to a healthier me! Saturday, January 24, 2009. The Master Cleanse. again. I decided to revisit the Master Cleanse yet again. I have to say, it is not going well. I'm on day 3 and I've already cheated. This has never happened to me before! I've previously completed 3 cleanses. Never have I eaten or drank other things during the cleanse! Yet here I am looking forward to my Atkin's shakes in the afternoons! So, yoga it is for the next week! Then it's back to Turbo Jam! January 9, 2008.

I'm charting my journey to a healthier me! Wednesday, February 4, 2009. So, my modified Master Cleanse moment became a juice cleanse. I definitely feel cleansed, but no weight lost. No biggie. Now that everything is back to normal, I have no excuse not to work out! So today I fit in a Turbo Jam workout. I also spent a few quality moments with Billy. These last 20 pounds will be gone!
