For those who are addicted. Sunday, July 17, 2011. The Crap That Lives In my Tonsils! Tonsil stones are gross and they make me feel like a really dirty person. Why me, higher powers! Im sure you know tonsil stones - they come in shades of white, smell like grandpa and look like specks of cereal. Yummo. The all knowing god Wikipedia informs me that they have a name. Tonsillolith. Apparently they reach up to 42 grams - tonsillolith mammothus! Even worse is the rare but deadly (jokes! Vague sense of hope.

So I'm taking my lexapro this morning, because good girls swallow (their anti depressants)and it really struck me how ridiculous the actual capsule seals are. They are fricking impossible to open! Tuesday, 23 October 2012. I had the first appointment today specifically for sound localisation. The Audiologist said that severe loss in the low frequencies is the cause for the inability to localise sounds. Hearing aids focus on speech, of course, and so they are not providing the info for localisation. Having said that there is a chance that some directional hearing can be taught.
