Wednesday, August 18, 2010. In an earlier post, I showed you the Photoshopped mock-ups I made for the kids to approve their bedroom designs. Here's how my daughter's room turned out:. Today's Obsession: October 2009
http://myobsessiontoday.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 29, 2009. This week, I've been backing up my photos and organizing my albums. I love albums with a spot for a photo on the front cover. For our Thanksgiving album, I didn't use a regular photo. Instead, I grabbed a Norman Rockwell painting, lowered the opacity, and topped with some wordart. Monday, October 26, 2009. The kids' birthday albums are officially up to date! Today I worked on my Mother's Day album. Here's the page for 2008:. Sunday, October 25, 2009. Monday, October 19, 2009.

Today's Obsession: Prepping photos for framing
http://myobsessiontoday.blogspot.com/2010/02/prepping-photos-for-framing.html
Thursday, February 18, 2010. Prepping photos for framing. I wanted to frame my kids' recent school photos in the 4x6 frames I'd recently bought. Here's the original pic of my son:. The problem was that they weren't the right proportion and I didn't want to crop them. To solve the problem, I stole a page from the digital scrapbooking book. I opened a 4x6 document in Photoshop and covered it with a patterned digital scrapbooking paper. Then, I plopped the photo down on top of it. And the 4x6 version:.

http://thatgeekchick.blogspot.com/2011/05/legos-for-girls.html
Random thoughts involving Gaming, Technology, Cooking, and General IT Support Frustrations. Sunday, May 15, 2011. My apologies for not posting more earlier this week, but with starting the new job and with Blogspot misbehaving, I just didn't have time to worry about it that much. Also, I apologize for my blog taking a somewhat feminist bend the past couple posts, it just seems to be on my mind recently. While looking for ways to stay awake at work until midnight, I got to perusing around the Lego website.
