Here's A Piece of My Mind. Tuesday, May 1, 2012. Last week I finally had a friend with me after years of attending Women's Conference pretty much all alone (Aside from one year with most of my sisters and one year with a few hours of Terri). I've enjoyed it that way though, it's given me a lot of pondering time. This year, I had more time for discussion,. oh and laughter, lots more laughter. We saw some people we know. Later we made a comical attempt at completing just one backpack in the service project.

Yesterday marked 9 years since Scott's brain surgery. My Mom pointed out the other day that there have been more years since the brain surgery than before the brain surgery in our marriage.
