Homemade in Heels

Thursday, December 12, 2013. Hey Stupid, It's Me, God and My Son is coming. I'm not supposed to use the word stupid as Aurora reminds me when I slip, but that is how I felt tonight as the importance and weight of the Christmas season hit me full scale tonight. I'm going to try to sum this up fairly quickly but if you have read some of my random posts before, you know that isn't my speciality. So that happened. Insurance is covering it. http://www.homemadeinheels.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html

Monday, July 25, 2011. I would love to catch up on all the exciting things we have been up to but then I'd never get to what we are doing now so I'm just going to start right in. We are already wet, why not go in the pool! She loved this spiderman gear! I got this bucket fair and square. We're good, I swear. Posted by Homemade in Heels. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Homemade in Heels: April 2011

http://www.homemadeinheels.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html

Saturday, April 16, 2011. Happy Birthday, Alex. For a whole week before Alex's 2nd birthday it was all Aurora talked about. Every morning when she woke up, Alex's birthday party was the first thing she talked about. We started a count down. Playing with ballon strings. She is not sure what to do with it. One bite and she already has a sugar coma. Do you have have a problem with they way I eat my cake? Here, Aunt Erin. (She is probably going to kill me for putting this up.). Homemade in Heels: Not in College Anymore

http://www.homemadeinheels.blogspot.com/2011/11/not-in-college-anymore.html

Tuesday, November 22, 2011. Not in College Anymore. We had a fantastic weekend…. (a few weekends ago now) I mean Jacob had a Reserve weekend this weekend and that was kind of a bummer but I got to see some great college friends and go shopping… seriously how could that be bad. On top of that the weather was beautiful and Aurora had a good weekend too… minus the shopping. I didn't get them in the picture but this guy loved Aurora's sparkly shoes. Homemade in Heels: August 2011

http://www.homemadeinheels.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html

Thursday, August 18, 2011. Gramma Predis is 88! That morning, after being told she was coming to our house, she told Erin she didn't really want to go anywhere that day. She just wanted to have a day at home. Erin said, "Too bad, you have to come." I think in the end she was okay with it. Okay, here is a lot of pictures…. Slightly confused because there are so many people and they are all saying Happy Birthday to her. Her birthday was back in June and it is the end of July after all. The End of an Era.

Cloughs in Clogs: February 2013

http://thecaptainandfrauclough.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html

Thursday, February 28, 2013. Rome's best-preserved monument, the Pantheon is an engineering marvel that was first a temple dedicated to all the gods. The original temple was built in 27 B.C. by Marcus Agrippa, but was destroyed in a fire and the structure we see today was built by Emperor Hadrian in 120 A.D. Today it functions as a Catholic church. In fact, it is the only ancient building continuously used since its construction. Fifty thousand Romans could pack this huge stadium and cheer as their favor...

The first time he got in, we noticed an immediate difference and when we showed him how to splash, he was all smiles and laughter. http://thecaptainandfrauclough.blogspot.com/2014/07/a-country-christmas-at-farm.html

Friday, July 25, 2014. A Country Christmas at the Farm. Christmas in July continues at the farm! We couldn't wait for Conan's first visit to the farm and to meet his Uncle Mark, Aunt Karen and cousin, Sam. He absolutely loved his time here and it's no wonder why - with four cousins to dote on him, a new litter of kittens to play with and farm fun around every corner, he was in baby heaven. The grandkids receiving their gifts. Conan with his cherry wood desk and rug. Grandma and Grandad's present. We have...

Cargo' mini-suitcase for cards. Diaper cake Allison made - the details were incredible! Standing next to Baby C's name banner - it's 99% official - at 30 weeks. Charm and me - she was so sweet to open up our home for the shower, as the hostesses were all out-of-towners. Aunt Robin and cousins, Carly and Macy. The day of the...
