Totally Crazy Completely Ours! Eric, Carrie, Katie, Aidan and Mylie. Friday, January 20, 2012. October 2011 School Walk a Thon. The major annual fundraiser at the kids school is a walk-a-thon. The kids collect donations for their walking, either based on laps walked or a flat donation, and the kids spend a very fun afternoon walking and running their hearts out. I had a chance to go and visit Katie and Aidan as they participated in this fun event! They both did amazing and had a blast! Mylie: What a heck?

Thursday, August 20, 2009. Birthday and Colorado Catch-Up. Happy 7th Birthday, B! My first trial with fondant frosting. possibly my last? Although it did turn out pretty fun. Playing with Grandma and Grandpa at the Park. Gotta love those ice cream trucks! My cute buddy brothers. A beautiful view of the Denver valley. Miss those mountains! Just enjoying ourselves at viewpoint park and giving the grandparents a break. A fun ride at the Denver Renaissance Festival. At least T had a good time!

After we walked around the Longshan temple, we walked over to an herbal medicine street where there were a bunch of vendors selling medicinal teas, etc. My aunt got me a menthol grass tea of some sort, it's suppose to be very refreshing. It tasted decent and the menthol was strong, so yes, in a way, it was quite refreshing. Then we headed to a historic street. I was told that a lot of brides take pictures in this hall way.

I did end up going to church by myself with the kids since Luke wasn't feeling well, but he made me breakfast in the morning, got the kids ready except for the hair part, and then when he was at home he cleaned up my house! That night Luke mentioned that the Spanish branch invited our family to their ward Latino celebration for the evening, so we decided to go and check it out. Luke made friends with some of the members of the ward over a year and a half ago at a baptism and have been playing volleyball with them once a week ever since. The celebration was WONDERFUL! Happy Birthday to my bundle of joy! You might be a crazy little kid, but you sure make me smile. :).
