Aquathlon in my neighborhood 目黒さんまアクアスロン. トライアスロンを始めるにあたり、私が最初に参加したのが昨年１０月に横浜シーサイドで開催されたアクアスロンでした。アクアスロンとはスイムの後でランを行う、トライアスロンのバイク抜きのレースです。このアクアスロンは、高価なバイクがなくても気軽に参加できる事、バイクコースを準備しなくて良い事から都心部でも開催されています。 本日、自宅から程近い目黒で目黒さんまアクアスロン大会が開催されました。トライアスロンの裾野を広げる事を主眼に置き、子供達でも参加しやすいようになっています。屋外の長水路と近隣のランニングコースを利用した大会で、手作り感いっぱいのレースとなっていました。 成人男性は３５名前後で３ウエーブに分かれてのスイム。激しいバトルが予想されましたが、第一マークを越えてからはほとんど接触はありませんでした。長水路でのスイムの良い点でしょうが、床のラインが誘導してくれるのでぶれる事なくおよげます。 The real picture at the moment is this!
