Monday, October 27, 2008. This is the view from my kitchen window, and I love it! I decided maybe that is why I am always cleaning the kitchen, wouldn't you want to look at that all day? It is beautiful here. Sunday, October 19, 2008. My baby boy is one. And I don't know where the year has gone. We were so lucky to have my Mom come visit and celebrate our birthdays with us. Sunday, November 1, 2009. The fear, or shall I say terror, that was once felt towards dogs is beginning to fade. He didn't ask to keep this one but he has mentioned that he might want a dog someday. Thursday, July 2, 2009. We were out playing in the yard and Christopher asked if he could ride his bike to his friends house. I asked how he would get there and he said, "on my bike." I asked again, being more specific about what route he planned to take. He told me and explained that the friends Mom would answer the day and he would then ask if the friend could play. As hard as it is to let my children test new waters and take solo rides, it is sure neat to see them succeed. Way to go, Christopher!

Thursday, June 7, 2012. On day two we just hung out at the hotel eating at all the buffets, sitting by the pool, and exploring the grounds. Tuesday, June 30, 2009. Matt took Megan on a date this evening and she was so excited. I asked her what she would like to do if she went on a date with Daddy and she said, "go to the mall and get my favorite chicken for dinner." Later in the day she asked if you where fancy clothes on a date. I told her that sometimes you do, she of course chose to wear the fancy clothes. How fun. I love the pictures!
