I though i had better update my blog for anyone who may still be following it, to be honest i thought everyone had fallen by the wayside. We had out twenty week scan the other day, it seemed to go well, the placenta is on the front of the uterus and the baby was in a funny position, so the sonographer (is that the correct name? Had a bit of a job getting any photo’s or identifying the sex. And tagged 20 week scan.

I'm trying and failing to get pregnant, it's not all doom and gloom in fact I can even laugh about it some days! Make like an Ostrich. One year on →. January 10, 2013. I am amazed and delighted that there really was a baby growing inside me! Our baby boy arrived on the 27th December 2012 weighing in at 2.6kg or 5lb 11z. A perfect end to 2012 and of course our journey. We are in awe at how perfect he is and of course now he’s here he was worth the wait and the all the tears x. And tagged "ivf success".

She’s here →. I am now 3 days past my due date. I am having so many ‘maybe it’s the last time’ moments. Last time having lunch just my husband and I, last trip to the greengrocers to say ‘no baby yet’ (pretty obvious from my massive bump! A lovely friend of mine lent us this bed nest which allows you to co-sleep with the baby. My husband has been sleeping with the toy bunny next to him so it smells of him. Hopefully our baby will recognise his smell when she comes out. A spare bed at last! Click to share...

Got back from holiday yesterday and I went for scan today (had to go with my sis as M has developed chicken pox overnight so my husband had to look after her) sadly the baby hasn’t developed beyond 6 weeks.
