This is a super good dish i threw together last night when i got home from work and didn't feel like cooking. 1 1/2 cups of uncooked quinoa. 3 cups of water. 1 green pepper chopped. 3 med green onions chopped. 1 block of extra firm tofu (or 4 eggs). 1/2 cup of gluten-free soy sauce. 1 tbsp garlic paste. 1 tbsp ginger paste Chili flakes (to taste). I decided tonight that I would take a few moments to myself and see what I could come up with in my kitchen. I did a bit of reading on ingredients and what they do and came up with this. 1/3 cup of organic oats. 1/4 of a lemon juiced. 1 tsp of coffee grounds. 1 TBSP of honey. 1 tbsp of coconut oil.
