Bars Units: US Metric. 1 1/2 cups flour. 2 cups chopped rhubarb. 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese. 2/3 cup sour cream. Combine crust ingredients. Spread in 9X13" pan and bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
