It All Started With Mac And Cheese. July 15, 2015. Kris recently went blueberry picking so I figured I needed to bake something new. This is a very easy recipe and tasted great! Recipe from Smitten Kitchen). 1 cup white sugar. 1 t baking powder. 1 cup cold butter (2 sticks). 1/4 t salt (I omitted as I used salted butter). I decided to try out a chocolate based cookie as I never made one before and they turned out great! They were slightly crumbly after they cooled, but were still delicious! It is a super easy semi-homemade recipe and just don’t think about the fact you are adding 2 sticks of butter! Perfect for Thanksgiving dinner or just a fall treat. 1 box yellow cake mix. 1 8oz package cream cheese, softened. 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree. 1 box (1lb) powdered sugar. 1 t vanilla extract.
