I’m A Mormon Woman. May 14, 2013. Allison also celebrated a special birthday (her 8th) this year. Baptism pictures forthcoming. We chose to have Allison’s birthday at a Color Me Mine ceramic painting studio because Allison is so artistic. But the highlight of Allison’s party was definitely her CAKE. I ordered a cake from a woman a friend of mine recommended on facebook and wowzers it was awesome. Allison was blown away! Here she is blowing out the candles. It was nice to have busy hands the entire time.

We love the California Delta and have driven our boat from Stockton to Sacramento, from Oakley to Napa and from Martinez to Suisun and everywhere in between. Happiness is an open bow and smooth water, both of which are abundant year round on the Delta. Here are some pictures from all over the California Delta. Life can be interesting. First Day of School. October 3, 2011. Its getting tough to get a real smile out of this big boy any more. It’s all about HI-YA! With ninja moves, and scary tough guy faces. But, underneath it all is a very determined little boy who wants to be a good boy at school. Carter was very excited about his first day of school. He got up at the crack of dawn and picked this new outfit out himself. He was all dressed and ready to go before we even woke up! 8221; It was that good I guess!

Life can be interesting. May 24, 2011. Happy Birthday to my sweet little boy! JM: “Probably the same bud.” Carter: “What? But I will be 5, and a big boy! 8221; Carter thought he would physically change into a BIG BOY. So funny! The next morning as he got out of the shower he looked into the mirror very intensly trying to find some sort of change in his appearance. He told us that he didn’t look any different now that he was 5. It really puzzled him. Ha Ha! I had to write this down because it was so cute!

Life can be interesting. Evelyn’s Blessing Day. June 9, 2011. I’m always filled with gratitude on my children’s blessing day. Probably because I have all my family around me to welcome to the world our newest arrival. This time wasn’t any different. My sister Janelle, Grandma, and my parents came for a fun weekend to visit with Evelyn. Everyone except my mom hadn’t met her yet. It was fun to show her off. My kids loved spending time with Grandma and Grandpa! All in all it was a wonderful day and weekend!

After the movie I drove him to the Disney store where he got to pick out a Cars 2 toy. He picked out Lightening McQueen of course!
