It's Good To Be Us! Saturday, March 28, 2009. Our Blessing From Heaven. At work, everyone keeps talking about the possibility for tornadoes and storms all day and night. I worry because I HATE tornadoes. But my mind is elsewhere while the chatter goes on around me. Then I am waved at by a friend's mom who says, "Desiree is just sure you're going to have that baby today or tomorrow because of the storms bringing in the pressure change! I laugh, and tell her, "Yeah right! I have a little over 4 weeks left!

It's Good To Be Us! Saturday, March 29, 2008. Things on my mind. It was quite scary considering the cancer risk involved. I had a suction D&C to remove the contents of my uterus. The tests came back negative, thank goodness. This time, I had to save the "tissue" I passed and take it in. Talk about humiliation. it was horrible. It's Good To Be Us! Tuesday, August 4, 2009. UpDate, August 09. After a few months of inactivity, I am proud to say that this is our update! Caitlin is now 4 months old and just a joy to have around! She is smiling constantly and just loves her Daddy! She's just now starting to eat rice cereal, but she's mostly just breastfeeding still! I guess I never realized just how much time and energy go into breastfeeding. it is not for the faint of heart! We are doing well! There are more at my facebook page!

It's Good To Be Us! Saturday, May 10, 2008. My Graduate and I! I'm proud of him, I love him! My Uncle Tim, he's my GodFather, also graduated on the same day! The pic is washed out, but I LOVE it anyway! Thursday, May 8, 2008. So tomorrow my Husband is graduating from SouthWestern Community College and we've got a whole day planned for him! I have to work *BLAH* until noon, and Charles's sister told us that she will help us with the food prep and what not! We're having a turkey roast with lots of goodies!

The nurse told me that in order for Caitlin to go home, I might have to stay all night for a few nights in the hospital so that I can get up with her for her feedings. Not a problem for me.
