My Fight Against Breast Cancer. Friday, November 12, 2010. My hair started shedding about two days ago. The shedding was preceded by scalp soreness and tingling. I scheduled an appointment with my hairdresser to cut my hair short so that my thinning hair wouldn't be as noticeable over the next few days. I also needed to get my wigs cut. Here are the results! This is me after my hair cut. Obviously it is a terrible picture. My Mom didn't give us any warning. Wig #1 - Short Blond. Wig # 2 - Long Dark Blond.
