Joshua and Kensie Rowell. A family starts with two. December 19, 2008. HE DID IT - HE GRADUATED! Joshua finally did it! After 8 months of training in the Police Academy, he has graduated. He received his certificate of completion and graduated with an overall grade of 91%. He is very excited to start working for the community as an example and warrior against crime.
