A picture a day, memories a year away. January 4, 2010. Today the big boys went back to school and TJ and I had a nice relaxing day at home. From the second he woke up I declared it jammie day. It was a bitter cold day outside, (8 degrees at the most) and the rest of the week we have plans so we had to seize the day! And did we ever! A picture a day, memories a year away. January 10, 2010. Generally we have hockey games for one or both of the boys every Saturday and Sunday. This week was special though. The moons aligned and neither of the boys had games/practices on Saturday. Today however we had 2 games. One at noon in Clinton for Lucas’ team. One at 5:30 in Syracuse for Kyle’s team. A picture a day, memories a year away. January 11, 2010. We decided that today, we would stay inside. It wasn’t horrible cold out, but cold enough that I didn’t want to take mulitple trips in and out. TJ is just as happy to stay inside and I am counting on stay at home days to solidify (no pun intended) the potty training! So far today he has played batman, thomas the tank, sharks, back to batman, a little more sharks and then back to batman but now he is getting eaten by sharks! I love his creativity!

TJ would sit and play in a warm tub for hours if we let him, but rarely do I let him! Was huge on him. It covered him completely then and now… well now it barely covers to his knees. It had to be pink (check), have a comfort saddle (check), a nice ride (almost check), aluminum (check), not cost us our next unborn child (check), have comfort handlebars (check). the other two features that would make it an absolute *dream* would have been white wall tires and fenders. but those could be easily added. Now off to find a super-cute basket to go with🙂.
