By 5pm I thought sitting at a restaurant sounded like a terrible idea so we made a plan B for Oma to take the kids to a special dinner and we would do birthday cake together at home when they got back. At this point, I have been pre approved for 0-2 years old from Ethiopia. We have had one home visit and need another to finish up our dossier for submission.
