Monday, May 21, 2012. So after 2 miserable hours of walking in the sun because there is no seats or shade in the infield, we/I decided we needed to do something else. The infield was a HUGE frat party.people stumbling naked at noon, this was no place for a girl in a pretty dress with a BIG hat. There was a chain linked fence at the first turn of the track, so I went in the section with my wristband. Sunday, July 22, 2012. Yet another wedding weekend. This weekend we celebrated in Nashville with Adam and Candice as they said "I do" to starting their lives together as one. Wednesday, February 27, 2013. There are sooo many more posts to come to finish our 5 week vacation back in October.I am trying my best to be better about posting and get this done! Make this place our home. We are officially Texans! Although we moved at the beginning of the month, we are crazy work life, we have only spent maybe 10 days in Austin. However, because my husband is a slave driver and we have already had 2 weekends worth of visitors.our place is our home! First meal, guac and wine.

Monday, September 17, 2012. I went to Tennessee a couple weekends ago to be at my niece's 2nd birthday. It's super sad that she is already 2, although I think my favorite age is 4. She is a beautiful mess :) and I wish I could see her more often.one day she will fly to see me all the time! I was able to spend a lot of time with family which was AWESOME! Thursday, December 13, 2012. First off let me start by telling you about First class international treatment….it was awesome! Not only do you have so much space, but you have more storage space than we do in our house. Also, there were only 12 seats in first class and there were at least 3 attendants! Wednesday, April 18, 2012. Cabin weekend in Stevens Pass. A month or so ago, some friends and us got together and rented a cabin for the weekend. It was an awesome weekend that will soon be repeated on the beach! It was one of those weekends that I was too busy enjoying myself to take pictures, although there were many things about the trip that I never want to forget.the best/funniest memory we will all have hopefully forever was this. Since we missed Halloween and Thanksgiving because of our awesome vacation and we were also going to miss Christmas in Seattle to be with our families, we decided to host the first annual Turkchrisweenukkah (our new holiday)! The idea was to dress up (Halloween) as something Christmas-y/Thanksgiving-y and serve a variety of foods from all holidays. This is what happened. Christmas colors.toothpick salads. Tuesday, April 23, 2013. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This was a quick stop so I don’t feel like we saw the city but we did (as always) fit as much as we possibly could into such a short time. We went to the Batu Caves. Which to be honest I am not exactly sure what this is….besides 272 stairs that lead to a cave with a lot of monkeys and a couple roosters. We stopped for a photo of the twin towers, a gorgeous building before heading back to the ship. I told you it was a quick and very intense day of go, go, go.
