Wednesday, January 27, 2010. I use regular frozen fruit from walmart. (Dole makes a great giant bag of mixed fruit). A small handful of berries and peaches (peaches make it a little sweeter). I add a few capsules of Omega 3 fatty acids (just poke a hole in one end with a pin) or the liquid form is available and you could just spoon it in. I also use a scoop full of Power greens. I usually add probiotics but have run out so I didn't put any in this time. Thursday, January 21, 2010. Back to the boring.

Nine months and a day later we welcomed our baby girl, Payton, into the world. And just shy of her turning nine months we were able to take her to the Manti Temple where we were sealed as a family. The Road to Delightful

Tuesday, April 24, 2012. And I can hardly believe it! Excuse the shadow on my backside in this picture - it's okay that it makes my hair look thicker, but I do not appreciate that it does the same for my bum.}. Eden and I are both growing like crazy, and Josh and I are so thankful our little one is healthy and happy snuggled up in her temporary home. We had our 4D ultrasound last week, and it turns out she is actually growing ahead of schedule {a whole WEEK ahead! In my grandmother's words} baby. ;).
