Comment-link {margin-left:.6em;}. Always sing as though no one is listening. Friday, November 03, 2006. Sad, Sad, Sad. I managed a whole paragraph tonight. about 70 words, how pathetic is that? But I did help a friend with an interview process, so it wasn't a total waste. Here's to doing better tomorrow night. Christine @ 12:41 AM. Comments: Post a Comment. Links to this post:. Comment-link {margin-left:.6em;}. Always sing as though no one is listening. Wednesday, December 28, 2005. Just Mumsy and Me. Xmas is almost over. Xmas was (still is) simply wonderful. The socialising that that occurs at this time of year has a very different 'feel' to it. Truly there is a goodwill toward men smell in the air. Our house has been barraged, almost nightly, with visitors popping in for some xmas cheer or just to get their asses kicked in a full-insult card game. Links to this post. Three of...

Comment-link {margin-left:.6em;}. Always sing as though no one is listening. Tuesday, October 17, 2006. Born to be Mild. I'm back, yet again. Anyway, I'm home and safe and cosy in my lovely house, and already I can feel the tension falling away from my shoulders. Will try and think of something to write about tomorrow. I'm sure some asshat will piss me off about one thing or another, the world, sadly, being populated as it is by far too many stupid people. Christine @ 10:08 PM. He he, welcome back.

Anna Lucia: January 2005
http://anna-lucia.blogspot.com/2005_01_01_archive.html
Romantic Suspense from Anna Louise Lucia. Monday, January 31, 2005. Sometimes, when writing a book, I feel like I'm discovering a story, not writing it. Let me give you an example. In the scene, the heroine saw the face of a little girl at the window of the car she swerved to avoid. I finished it, edited it, submitted it, and it was rejected. And just this morning, driving the stretch of road that inspired that opening scene, I suddenly remembered the little girl, and just as suddenly realised who she is.

Anna Lucia: October 2005
http://anna-lucia.blogspot.com/2005_10_01_archive.html
Romantic Suspense from Anna Louise Lucia. Friday, October 28, 2005. I was in the car at 6:15 this morning, when the road was just a tunnel of hedgebanks, picked out and made ghostly by the headlights. You see, we go on holiday tomorrow. Nowhere special, except to us, not for long, just a week. A week of brooding coastlines and winter castles, a week of rain and wind and whatever the beginning of November throws at us. A week of Husband and I, together. Books, food, and TIME. It's all downhill from here.

Kate Allan: December 2004
http://kateallan.blogspot.com/2004_12_01_archive.html
The online diary of Kate Allan, author. Friday, December 31, 2004. 2005 is nearly here. Thought I'd start my new year's resolution a little early and start my blog. My plans for this blog:. 1 I shall try and share my experiences as a struggling writer faithfully and accurately, giving information which may be useful to others trying to write and publish fiction. 2 I shall try not to display angst and other tedious introversions. 3 I shall try not to make too many spelling mistakes. Five great book blogs.

Maybe I can catch up on my sleep whilst flying. (yeah, like that's going to happen). Anyway, unless I'm horribly ambitious this will be my last blog until the 4th August, when I return home. Comment-link {margin-left:.6em;}. Always sing as though no one is listening. Wednesday, August 31, 2005. I'm in the big city, folks. Did I mention I live in a small town? We have peak minute traffic. Road rage is being made to wait at an intersection while 5 cars pass. Mostly we drive down the middle of the road unless there's a car coming in the opposite direction, then we politely move over and share the road. Christine @ 10:29 AM 9 comments. Links to this post.
