While he was in jail though, he got into a fight with another inmate and had his ear bitten off by the inmate. The man that was charged with animal cruelty was named Rony Salman. He lived in Windsor. Nation wide 76600 house received foreclosure notices from July through September. with all the houses getting foreclosed the neighboring properties values go down.
