Hi all well here i am after a week off from work with flu and a chest infection , went back on monday and it returned with a massive vengence , feel like big pot of poo! Very weak , head like some woodpecker has set up home in there , and left leg aches in calf muscle. So far this year . 1.mum fell over and broke shoulder in 4 places.very worrying.
