Welcome to my corner of the internet. I'm a composer/conductor/singer who lives in beautiful sunny Santa Barbara California. At the moment I am working on science fiction opera called "The Cradle of Dreams". Recently I completed a duet for two instruments, A Dream of Spring. In the case of the first perfomance, violins, and piano. In March 2014 Navona Records released Polarities, which included two of my compositions: East of the Sun/ West of the Moon. And Vox Dilecti Mei.

The text discusses the fulfillment found in tilling the soil, the miracle of growth, the transience of life, and the necessity of discipline. It closes with a vision of the Garden of Eden. Paesi che vai, usanze che trovi. Wednesday, March 23, 2011. Probably the most notable thing that we saw in Siena was Duccio's. And a lot of gold! But the details on it were amazing. I also loved the Cathedral there. The symbol of Siena is a simple black and white shield, so they put black and white on. The entire inside of the church was decorated in black and white stripes, my FAVORITE. Defintely very different from most of the churches that I've been in. Wednesday, March 16, 2011.
