Where there is a will, there is a way. Do you have an effective way of dealing with stress that involves steps? Describe your process for relieving stress. First, finding your interesting exercise and enjoying it are important to this technique. For example, jogging is one of my favorite exercises, thus, I don’t think anything and enjoy it when I jogged. If you couldn’t focus on your exercise, and this way would be not success.
