A snapshot of our life. Tuesday, March 23, 2010. We had our second Christmas with the Austin side of the family at New Years. We had to wait for everyone to get back from their travels, but it was well worth the wait! Angie hosted this year and we pigged out on traditional snack. This is a traditional snack that started with my Mother's family and we still carry it on today. Lots of delicious sweet and salty snack foods and of course Slushy Punch! Was super excited to get a "Shelia's House" of Northwoods.

A snapshot of our life. Friday, May 22, 2009. Lauren graduated this year and will be going to college. She is a dear friend and a great babysitter. But really she is family! We wish her the best! The boys call her Lo-Lo. It all started with Austin when he was little and just learning to talk. So, the name has stuck and always will! We love you Lo-Lo! We hung lanterns outside to welcome guests as they arrived. And when they left, the lanterns lit their way out (they're solar powered)! Monday, May 18, 2009.

Okay, I know I don't need another thing on my plate, but.I really like this skin care line and hope to share it with others. A while back I wanted to try and find a new skin care line because I am in my 30's and I was still breaking out like I'm in my teens! My sis-in-law had just signed on with Rodan. And Fields and was telling me how great the products were. These are the same dermatologists who make Proactiv.

A snapshot of our life. Saturday, March 5, 2011. When I became a Rodan. And Fields consultant my kit came with the Anti-Age regimen. I gave it to my Mom to try out. She is a great candidate because she didn't really have any skin care products she used. (And she's still a beautiful lady! Her skin looks more even and smooth too. Just imagine if she uses it everyday! I took these w/ the same camera just different rooms so the lighting is the only difference. UmmmmI need a copy of these pictures!

You know.the one we live in but have not bought yet.that one. Had a great time and on Monday went to the Space and Rocket Center for the first time. It was very cool and while we were there we saw "Fly Me to the Moon". The kids really loved it because it was in 3D. Sweeter and the bubbas. Please come visit soon!

When God gave us our second child he could not have picked a more perfect fit. So, to brag on her a little. And I talked to her about 2 weeks ago regarding her thumb sucking. We had a very grown-up talk with her about it because the Dentist encouraged it. Hands down she did.that night. Monday, February 1, 2010. Getting the Garden Ready. I just saw this movie this weekend, and it was great. And this was one of the first pictures that google came up with when I typed in worm. I think gardening and just generally playing in the dirt is a great earthy learning experience for kids. And it's fun for them because it's dirt. Monday, January 24, 2011. I wanna see Heaven". The other day, my dad was showing Jack some pictures of Papaw, my grandfather, who passed away about two years ago. He told Jack, "Papaw is in Heaven." Riley, sitting close by, knew that they were looking at pictures and overheard the comment and, thinking that those were pictures of Papaw IN Heaven, exclaimed "I wanna see Heaven" while straining to catch a glimpse of the picture. Saturday, December 6, 2008. We spent part of Thanksgiving Day in Andulusia with Susan's family. This is Achin' Acres- the place where the family used to have their Thanksgiving dinner. It recently burned, but we went there to look around. We took the babies out into the cotton field across the street from the old house. Jonah was more interested in the sticks than the cotton!
